New Mindfulness Format Starting Next Monday!
I’m thrilled to introduce a new format for Messy Roots!
Starting next Monday, we’ll be launching Messy Mondays — a mindful way to kick off your work week, rooted in storytelling and truth.
Every other week @7am EST, we'll share a short story (designed to be read in 10 minutes or less) that will awaken your leadership style and help you see humanity through a brighter, more compassionate lens. Each story will begin with a brief guided breathing exercise to ground you, followed by 1–2 reflection questions to spark deeper self-inquiry.
We invite you to share these stories with fellow leaders, teammates, or coachees — they’re perfect for retreats, team meeting openers, or coaching conversations. And if you’d like to connect more deeply, you can join us in The Garden, where we’ll reflect together as a community.
I’m beyond excited to finally launch this new series — it’s been months in the making, and we can’t wait to share the powerful stories we've been preparing for you!
